The room was clean, however we found little mini cockroaches in the kitchen at night time. Communication with host was easy & seamless & the check in process was great. The only thing we weren’t too pleased with was one set of towels & one set of sheets for a 10 day stay & to get anything changed it cost money. The pool is also directly outside the patio. Other than that, our stay was great! Thanks

Great Location, Safe Property, but Needs Some MaintenanceThe property is in a fantastic location within the Zona Hotelera—close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the access control system made us feel secure throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added a nice touch to the experience. However, there are a few things to note for future guests. The elevator is positioned between floors, so you’ll need to carry your luggage either up or down a flight of stairs—not ideal if you have mobility issues or heavy bags. The unit itself could use some maintenance: several cupboard doors were missing, and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned (we found hairs upon arrival). These details detracted from the overall comfort.Overall, it’s a safe and well-located property with potential, but a bit of upkeep would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

It was good, the hot water and the preasure on the shower were not good, other than that,it was all good

The location is right on the beach. it truly doesn't get any better than this. The unit is very dated (original floor tiles) It needs updating for the dollar value we were charged. The kitchen was not well equipped. We stayed for 1 month and had to buy a few basics like kitchen tong, kettle, larger coffee machine. It has a 4 cup coffee machine which was not sufficient for us. We asked for a small patio table and it was provided immediately. Overall we will not book this unit again however the location of the resort was perfect.
