This was the perfect place to stay for our first family beach vacation! We will definitely be back and stay here again! Only a 5 min, if that, to the beach! Easy access and safe/quiet community! The host was wonderful to work with! We didn’t have any problems at all!

Second time staying in Chateau la Mer. We booked last year in a different unit about two buildings over. The location is fantastic if you're most interested in time on the beach. Located about 3 blocks from the beach, we really enjoy coming to this location. The affordable pet fee here is another plus. Do be aware that units vary quite a bit. Last year, we were disappointed when one bedroom turned out to be very small with no air vent in it. This year, the unit was wonderful. A bit upgraded in terms of amenities such as disposable trash bags, kitchen utensils, and pots and pans and two large bedrooms located on either site of the living area. We were very happy with the unit and enjoyed out stay. It's very likely that we will return to this unit again next year!

Very clean and spacious! Just a rock throw from the beach. Will be returning

Perfect place to spend a long weekend with friends! Extremely clean. Communication excellent! No issues what so ever. Plan to return.
