The newly renovated condo was just a block from the beach as well as the walking boardwalk alongside the beach. It was a great location & we enjoyed the pool. Kevin was very gracious to our requests like bringing us a cooler for our trip to Key West.We absolutely had a great stay!! We would go back & enjoy the place in the future.Highly recommend it!

Location was good close to the beach just a block away. Newly remodeled place and nice. Although dishes in cupboard were dirty, salts and pepper shakers were there but empty, but we dealt with that not too big of a deal. Worst part was we were kept up well after midnight with tenant above us knocking the headboard against the wall, then after that it was constant dragging chairs or something across the floor.
