Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall very happy with the rental. A few suggestions would be to do a more thorough cleaning of the pool area. There were weeds growing thru the screens and the top screen was covered in debris. The outside deck of the carriage house needs some TLC also. It would be nice to have a hose by the garage on the outside so that you can wash off before going in house. Please get the microwave fixed. It's been 2 years in a row that the microwave wasn't working. The skylight leaks by the upstairs main bedroom in the sitting area. Thanks for taking these things into consideration.

Great place for a larger family group. The house is spacious and well equiped to handle everbody, not just with enough beds but also in the living areas. The setting was private in the woods but the location was centrally located in the Sea Pines Plantation close to Harbor Town. The kids in the group loved the pool while the adults could easily supervise. We've taken our family to Hilton Head for years and this is probably the best place we've stayed in.

The property was perfect for multiple families. The indoor and outdoor common areas made the stay even more enjoyable for catching up with family and enjoying time together. Everything was wonderful!!

Arrived on Sat. drove a Mercedes Sprinter Van to make it comfortable for the kids. Had two other vehicles also. Was not told that we were not allowed to park the van at the house because it had a water hookup until we arrived at the guard station. We do not camp in it just travel. Had to call a storage company to park it. Monday left due to forecast of wind, flooding chance of trees falling, bridge closing and alligators coming out
