James was quick to respond to my messages & check-in went smoothly. After arriving, James checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Home was clean & beds were comfortable. The. back deck and small patch provided a perfect place for our little rescue dog to get some sun, stretch her legs & go potty. We would definitelybook this place again for future visits in the area.

This was our second stay. The home was very convenient for our needs and pet friendly. The owner is always responsive and friendly. It’s now our go to whenever needing to stay near Chicago.

Was a great stay, easy to get in and out off

The communication with the host was excellent! The door-opening code was sent exactly when promised about an hour before check-in time. Everything in the house functioned well. Parking was extremely tight and I had a small car! Our first night was Friday and the neighbors were noisy, Barking dog woke me from 12:00 - 1:00 AM. Loud upstairs neighbors clomping around and laughing loudly until about 1:30 AM kept us up. Road noise was very loud until at least 2 AM. Saturday night was much quieter and calmer. Most things were very clean, but inside of bathroom door was very dirty. Living room furnishings seemed cheap and uncomfortable. Overall, it was probably a fair value for the money and location.
