Traveling with a 10 year old, 16 year old, and a large dog. We had the best time at Tipsy Turtle. I really enjoyed our view (I'm a people watcher) and we were in the center of the courtyard with a view of the water. Really quick and easy walk to the sand and waves. The tennis courts were directly behind us which came in handy since my daughter wanted to play every day. One of the pools was beside the tennis court and the 2nd pool was just around the corner. This unit is perfectly located to everything. So much available in the beach closet to enhance your day. Sand castle building equipment, chairs, wagon, tennis rackets, boogie boards, etc.Loved the outdoor shower so we could get the dog clean each time we came in.This is a great property! We will definitely rebook in the future! We rode horses on the beach and took a catamaran for a day of snorkeling. We went through the loudest thunder storm I'd ever heard. Too many memories were made as my daughters and the dog ran up the stairs to my room for protection. There is NOT a door to the master suite on the 3rd floor upstairs - not an issue since my husband did not travel with us.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beachy themed. Loved everything about it. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the cute gift:)

Property location was great. Very nice condo. Well stocked kitchen. They had really nice beach chairs and beach toys for the kids if you bring kids. The main bed room and main bath was very clean. The second bathroom floor was full of other people’s hairs. The kitchen and living room was full of sand. Countertops and couch was sticky. Baseboards were very dirty. No propain in gas grill. Their paperwork said basically to simply stop your expensive vacation and use your car gas to go purchase them propain. They will hopefully reimburse you after your trip. Maybe I should paint their condo for them while I’m there on vacation as well. Actually, it’s a very nice condo in a very nice location. If they had a better cleaning company it would be 5-stars for sure. I hope they get that worked out. Also I would like to mention to the owners that all the neighbors used their outdoor shower without asking and got sand everywhere as well. Should probably have lock, or placard stating to use their own shower.

The place was great. It is Virbo I have an issue with. Why did you not tell me I would have a fee charged for using them. It was high and an added expense I did not expect or see until I had paid. Tell it up front. Watch out people
