This is a quiet lakeside home, nestled on very private property in a beautiful neighborhood. A perfect place to spend a weekend with your family playing games, sitting on the deck sipping coffee yet accessible to many small upstate New York towns. It is clean, well stocked and very welcoming. Kristin does an excellent job in keeping in touch and not a thing went unnoticed!! Thank you, Kristin for everything and we look forward to staying with you again!

We enjoyed our visit here check in with Seton. The lake is beautiful. All the extras in the house made our stay wonderful. The owner was easy to communicate with and was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay thank you so much.

I miss the view already! This was the perfect house for 3 generations to get together to celebrate a Syracuse graduation. Easy to hop on highway to get up to town but so nice to come back and enjoy dinner at the house together! Beds were comfortable and cozy and the whole house was very clean! Communication with host was easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was just perfect.
