Erin was awesome to work! We really enjoyed the house! Thanks again for everything!

The property is beautiful. The landscape is stunning. The house is located on a very busy corner and the “short walk” to beach is on the main road. There are no sidewalks, something to be aware of if you are traveling with small children.Pool and spa is nice to have right outside the door! We took off a star because we did have to make 2 beds when we arrived as the linens were not changed and the beds were clearly slept in prior to our arrival. The other concerning thing is the passcode for the door. While convenient for check in, the code is clearly visible on the keypad and isn’t hard to figure out the combo.

The home was very comfortable, clean, and the location was fantastic. I look forward to returning next year.

We loved everything about Erin’s place. The location is fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town where there is nothing but delicious food to be eaten. (Our favorite was The Green Flash.) It was just my husband and I, but there is plenty of room for children, possibly even two families The couch in the living room made you want to curl up and take a nap after a day on the beach (easy walking distance.) The rest of the decor is perfectly beachy and very tasteful. Erin has made sure to stock plenty of linens, including beach towels, so you don’t have to worry about running out, but if you do, there is a full size washer and dryer, not those small stackable ones you usually find in rentals. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but everything I needed was available. There are even beach chairs provided. If I had any questions at all, Erin quickly responded.I could go on and on about how much we loved it here, but you should just book it now and thank me later!
