Kim is a gold star host! Very helpful and many tips about the property and the Keys. 3rd time to Keys for my wife and me. All on Marathon. First time at this property. Room was great. Loved the kitchen. Pool was perfect. Pics matched the room. Great location on Marathon and centrally located in the Keys. Minutes from Bahia Honda state park for beautiful beaches, sites and lite snorkeling. Property is nice and quiet family oriented. Highly recommend.

What a great hidden gem. Quiet and clean and exactly what our family of 4 needed. Kids are 9 and 6 and they had a blast. Will def be back!

Beautiful property! Apartment was lovely. Kim was very helpful and quick to respond. We stayed 3 nights and wished we had booked a whole week. Key Colony is quiet but everything you need is very close. I hope I have the good fortune to return!

Nice place and very quiet private location. Good beach/ocean front area to relax and enjoy the waves. Great spot to watch sunrise and right around the corner within steps of the parking lot, Sunset Beach was a great spot to watch sunset. Short drive to restaurants.
