Unbeatable location. I promise you can't beat this location. Easy walk to the beach which is rare in Marco. Please note most houses in Marco you have to DRIVE to the beach and it is very hard to find public parking and expensive. I have had people tell me they love my home because of the easy walk to the beach. The home is very comfortable and nice it is 3 bedroom, 2 bath and has a private pool and 2 car garage. The home is quiet and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were both remodeled in November of 2022 and the kitchen and all kitchen appliances brand new January 2025. All new flooring January 2025 Great private pool and quick walk to beach

We loved our stay—proximity to beach was key! We enjoyed the updated kitchen, beautiful new flooring and freshly painted rooms inside as well as the outdoor living space with lounges, bbq and pool!

The house was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is also right by the JW Marriott, which has some good restaurants and spa. The house looks exactly as pictured and even has beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a bonus in addition to the beach. The property host was quick to respond to our inquiries and was very helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. You should stay here if you want a relaxing, quiet vacation!

We are avid renters all over Florida.
Loved the location walking distance to beach and great restaurants. We were disappointed in the extras fees for pool heater and re filling BBQ propane that we were notified just a few days before arriving. Make it more convenient for the renter and include this in the rental charge (don’t make the renter go out and have it refilled) Also house needed updating including some serious electrical issues.
