All the doorman are amazing very attentive and friendly. Danny drove us a couple of times and helped us with our luggage. We felt very comfortable with him and he has an excellent customer service
People at the front desk specially the red hair lady...you can tell she hates being there. She answers your question with an attitude

The hotel, restaurant and bar were all terrific. The beds were comfortable and the service was very good. The bagel chips and salmon were a great combo for breakfast too.
I'd book direct with the hotel (sorry booking.com) for a large group. The hotel asked for credit cards from some guests even though it was reserved under our group name so it made for confusion. Decaf coffee would be a real bonuse.

This facility was great! The history is well preserved and beautiful still! The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating with every aspect!

Being greeted by amazing valet. The beautiful atmosphere and room. Location couldn’t be better.
Rude front desk hosts, checking then checking out. Triple charged for my room with zero responsibility on their end. Zero compensation. Breakfast is samples of what breakfast should be.
