The house was perfect for our stay with my two sisters and our families. The host was extremely responsive as the AC on the 1st floor was out before we arrived but he installed 3 window units to make up for it, even added one in the 3rd floor. There were plenty of towels, the yard was great, and kitchen had just about everything we needed. Location was perfect, we went for runs to the boardwalk everyday, about 1/2 mile to both the belmar and spring lake boardwalks. We had a great week!

The house was excellent. Location and amenities were outstanding. A wonderful house that we look forward to staying again.

10 out of 10!!

This property is so amazing! Arpan (the host) is very friendly & fast at responding. This is the second time we’ve stayed at his property and both times the house has been spotless. The location is very convenient and close to the beach, places to eat and things to do. Will forever recommend this property to everybody willing to listen, you won’t regret it!
