As you enter the property you will be met with a spacious downstairs living area featuring a 3 seater couch, large flat screen TV and coffee table. As you walk down the hall you will find a large laundry with washer and dryer and a spacious bathroom with deep, luxurious stone bath, shower and toilet. The 3 generous downstairs bedrooms all feature built in wardrobes, ceiling to floor curtains, bedside tables and lamps ( Bedroom 1 : 1 x Queen, Bedroom 2 : 1 x Queen, Bedroom 3 : 2 x Singles). There is also access to the back courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the sun.



Upstairs you will walk into the lux open dinning/lounge and kitchen. Here you will find large flat screen TV, lounge suite, coffee table, gas flame fire, dining table for 6, fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry, separate toilet, upper level deck with BBQ and outdoor setting and views of the ocean. The master bedroom also features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, bedside tables and lamps along with ceiling to floor curtains, walk in wardrobe and en-suite with shower, toilet and vanity. The master bedroom also features views of the ocean towards Marengo.
