Nice and as described. There was construction updates taking place but only heard a little while swimming. Overall excellent

We wish we did not have parking problem and remodeling inconvenience along with the umbrella and chairs company who took over all the beach while their rent was extremely expensive. We pay for a condo to be closer to the beach then we have to spend a crazy amount to fulfill this dream. Not fair and it gave the feeling of being rigged

The location was perfect. 3 floors up so I can see the ocean but close enough to stairs to get up and down to pool. Love the corner with the big windows and love having master looking out over the ocean. This is the reason I picked this spot. The negatives- colors and furniture very outdated. Doors to both bedroom closets falling apart. Do not open or slide correctly. The drawers on the night stand are either very hard to open or fall out very easily. The beds are very comfortable so that’s a big plus for me! I need to be able to sleep! There was a cockroach in the master bedroom which totally freaked me out!!! Also the toilet in the master bedroom is messed up, the handle is falling off and toilet runs at sporadic times. I shook the falling out handle then it would stop. Also, this is kinda minor but just wanted to note it. The guest bathroom shower the water sprayer comes out extremely hard and you can not adjust the flow. So my 4 year old had to come to the master bath for showers bc it hit her too hard. Also down by the pool area we saw multiple cockroach’s all over the balconies of the first floor! As far as guest relations, we had a light issue they came the very next day and changed the light to the kitchen so that was great! The negative- tried to figure out a way to stay another night and the computers were running so slowly or the lady didnt know how to look up the information but it was such a pain to go downstairs and try to book another room anywhere, I just said forget it. I was down there for like 30 minutes waiting for her to try and find a room, eventually I just said nevermind I needed to go.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our only suggestions would include a new mattress that isn't rock hard, and possibly an update on the furniture. We realize these units get some rough use during the year. We absolutely loved the staff!
