Were there for the World Cup, The property is in an excellent location close to bars and restaurants and is ideal for two people. Host communicated well. We were disappointed not to be informed of the actual building being under heavy construction, garbage bags in the hallways and stairs. The elevator didn’t work part of the week as the construction workers had it shut down for their use and we were on the 3rd floor which was the top.

What a perfect location! My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in SOBE. It was exactly what we wanted - walking distance to nightlife and to the beach! The apartment was clean, the directions were clear, and Dan was a great host. We highly recommend!!

UNUSABLE ELEVATOR! If you have any sort of disability I definitely would not recommend staying here. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The lobby is a disaster right now due to construction, however that is temporary. The room was so comfortable and the location was good. Walkable to beach. The air conditioner was in working condition.
