This unit was well equipped and great location for our families to gather on the lawn. Mary Lou and Amber in the office were marvelous as always.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Silver Dunes is a great, family friendly complex, no crowds, and right on the beach. We have stayed in many units over our 30 years staying at SD. This particular unit is nice and updated but desperately needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. It not only had the typical body groves but also sank a lot in the middle when you laid down. Everything else was wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was well situated to the beach (about 50 yards, as stated). The walk to the beach was nice and mostly grass, so no shoes were needed. The grass courtyard was lively, and children of all ages played in it. The unit was clean, stocked, and well-maintained.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have consistently stayed at Silver Dunes with my family as well as coming in the fall with friends. I loved every part of my stay. However, this year many things have changed. The grounds were overgrown and not maintained, the grass was very tall outside my sister's unit. Several lights were out on tennis courts. No towel exchange with no washer and dryer in my unit. Only one set up of toilet paper that was ONE PLY which no one would use anyway! New deposit twice as much as before with chance of losing half $$. Prices going up and service going down. Very sad to see changes!
