Nice, modern, well appointed property 200 yards from Mission Bay.Garage parking via back alley can be tight for larger vehicles but great to have.No tub for littles if you have them but overall a really nice property, perfect communication with ownership.Zero issues, enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent, the unit is very clean and modern. We were however very disappointed by the description of the unit as being a three-bedroom. We came with six travelers expecting three beds. The pictures of the bedrooms on VRBO show three beds, though if you read the description it does say sofa bed. So, the picture of the room with the sofa bed SHOULD NOT include a picture of a real bed. That is false advertising. Also, we did leave voice messages with the property manager which were not returned.

Amazing place to stay right in Mission Beach. We traveled with our teens and the included bike and beach rentals were great. There were 6 in our party and this home was perfect for all of us, especially the outdoor space. Walking distance to the bay and Ocean was minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again! Host is excellent and you can tell they take pride in covering every detail!

The internet didn’t work for the first 3 days and intermittently the 3rd day. We asked for help and the technician came promptly but didn't fix it. One of us brought intenet dependent work and couldn't do it. Plus the internet-dependent TVs wouldn't work. This was -very- frustrating. Also FYI the right front burner on the gas range top doesn’t work.
