The check-in and checkout process was reliable and smooth. A water taxi was waiting for us at the train station as promised. They answered our Emails and text messages very quickly. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. It’s actually bigger than it looks in the pictures! The dishwasher and laundry machine were functioning properly. The AC is good enough if you close the shudders before leaving the apartment for the day.The location is very central right in the action. If you want a more quiet setting I would recommend Dorsoduro. It was perfect for our family.

This was the highlight of our vacation travelling around UK, France, Italy and Austria. The apartment was stunning, spacious, and comfortable. Access was very convenient, which includes a private jetty (which we used arriving / departing with a water taxi organized through VoV), and private gate code to enter from the walkway. We found it very centrally located (2 min walk to San Marco square, 10 mins to The Rialto Bridge, and 4 mins from a convenience shop). VoV was amazing, with the water taxi meeting us at the train station From meeting us at the apartment to walk us through (and send us very useful tips on whatsapp), and text messages, and watching our luggage. Thanks to Luca and Amir. Will definitely be back to stay here again! We utilized the washing machine, but couldn't figure out the dryer (as it is a single unit). It wasn't a big deal - but it would be helpful to have some instructions for the dryer.

Location was perfect. The host was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

The property is in a great location. it would have been nice if the owners disclosed that they were under construction. We had to walk through the the construction every time we came or left. We came home one day and it was like walking through a dust storm.
