do not rent this porperty

It was located in the town center

The flat itself shoulf not be letted out! the elevator did not have any lights inside so once the doors closed you were in complete darkness, it did not go to the 1st floor so had to go up to walk down. The fan ( middle of heatwave) had no cover on it compeletely exposed blade! The cleaning closets lock was broken off. Tried to turn on the lamp and it collapsed!

Fabulous apartment in town close to nightlife

The apartment is really spacious and clean. Has full size undercounter fridge and freezer. Beds are comfortable. Loved the extra little touches. Wash cloths, washing /cleaning liquids and pods Tea and coffee. Location ideal for town and newbury races. Communication with the letting coordinator was excellent. Windows have extra glacing to reduce noise from the towns nightlife. Very close to public parking lots that you can pay for the entire stay online.

Couldn't find an ironing board to go with the iron. This would of been great. However we may of not found it. Due to the resent hot weather a few fans would of helped cool the apartment down, however this is just a suggestion.

DO NOT BOOK - Horrendous

I rarely leave a negative review and try and find the positive but this place and the company that runs it (not booking.com) was shocking. There was no hot water and the shower was being held up by a sanitary pad. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly and the floors were not cleaned. Also be aware that if you make this booking you will also be required to give a deposit external from booking.com and it takes weeks for it to be returned!
