I rented this property for the third time now. Brooke is a great host and the house is perfect for our family. Great location on the island! Would highly recommend !

This was a great price for a short walk to the beach, however cleanliness was not as we expected. We appreciated the short walk to the beach, the front porch rockers/swing, and quiet street. Overall the house was relatively clean, however the floors of the home immediately turned our bare feet dirty, bathroom shower curtain was moldy, and refrigerators both had fishy smell that was strong enough to affect our groceries. Upstairs fridge did not appear to keep a cool enough temperature (per the thermometer) and the pipes for heating caused a loud clanking sound in master bedroom. We did not contact the hosts about any of this during our stay, however I'm sure they will be able to remedy this as they were very kind and communicative prior to our stay.

Everything about this was awesome. From reserving to check out was an easy, wonderful experience.

The house was very clean and the inside was decorated nice. Just like the pictures.
