Overall the house was spotless and will definitely be coming back again, also the golf cart rentals are perfect! Would highly recommend that to check out everything in this cute little town!

SEE CONCERN BELOW! Overall, we liked the house! Clean with plenty of space for multi-families. We enjoyed the porch in front a lot. Our kids & neighboring kids gathered on the big rocks & played.CONCERN: If you have kids with smaller bodies, avoid sleeping in the top bunks. There is a linear gap between the mattress & rail that leaves at least 6 inches of wooden bottom bed frame exposed. Like a ledge large enough for toys, cups, etc. And, the height between the bottom bed frame & rail is apprx 1.5 ft. While asleep, my 8 yr old rolled off the mattress onto the ledge, under the railing, & onto the floor. About a 6 ft drop. We didn't consider this a possibility. It was! She hit her head hard. Bunk beds are not a new experience & she doesn't roll off beds. Please take note.The mattress could be pushed up against the rail; thus, leaving a gap toward the wall instead of the rail/floor. This would eliminate potential for rolling off under the railing. However, the rail may not be high enough above the mattress. Please check that a child could not roll over the rail. The next night we took the top bed mattresses off & put on the floor in upstairs sitting room.In summary, we would stay here again without using the top bunk. Review is for awareness. I contacted the rental company, which was reluctant to take ownership. They will pass feedback to the owner & let them decide how to proceed. Hopefully an adjustment will be made. Additional railing could fix.

We loved the house. Very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was fantastic. We’ll definitely be returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cozy home is in a great location at Carlton Landing, nestled in one of the quaint “neighborhoods” on the property. A short walk gets you to the pools, the Meeting House, beach area and any other spots that will add to your experience. The layout of the home is perfect for congregating for relaxing, eating, and playing games. Decor throughout is so inviting! We enjoyed the fire pit out back and each of us, at some point, just enjoyed relaxing on the front porch giant swing/bed. This is a place you will wish to revisit!
