Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my stay was lovely. The only disappointment I had was there was no little extra stuff in the kitchen. No extra trash bags. No coffee or seasonings. We needed more towels cause we had 6 guest and not enough toilet paper. If we had those things the stay would have been perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in the delightful "Flamingo Retreat" with our teenage granddaughter. There are many beaches in the area to explore, and we especially liked Grayson State Park beach. We could walk to a good selection of restaurants from the unit. There is a beach that is closeby, but it tends to get crowded early. The kitchen in the unit is well stocked, and everything was very clean and well maintained!

Stayed here before and just as good the second time! Great place and location. Cassine gardens is so family friendly

Only complaint was that the master suit needs a new mattress & needs a box spring under the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. Also the sliding doors were very hard to open. Great location. Easy access to the beach & shopping.
