Beautiful villa in our favorite spot, Palmetto Dunes on HHI. Easy walk to the beach, convenient to community pool. Gorgeous decor, nice designer touches, great kitchen and lovely private screened porch. Our only disappointment was there was no tv in the guest bedroom as pictured in the listing.

The condo was in excellent condition and the pictures were accurate. Communication with the owner, Donna, was a breeze. We loved the community, Palmetto Dunes, and all its amenities. We stayed from April 4-11, and even though the weather was more in the chilly side, our boys really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Overall we had a great experience we highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place! Great communication with owner! We love Wendover.

We found the Villa to be a very nice unit within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, however, it was not very clean upon our arrival. There were crumps on the kitchen counters and bed side table in one bed room and both showers still had hair in them. Anyone with any ambulatory concerns should not book this unit since there are 31 steps to reach the 2nd floor unit. The pool area is very nice and provides shade from the sun, however, it was very crowed at times. The pool also was very dirty our first two days with debris from the trees. The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes which wasn't too bad. The beach was clean but we found it to be crowded as Hilton Head has become very popular. Overall I would say that the unit is very nice but we would likely not stay here in the future.
