I really appreciated that there was a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom, rather than twins or bunks. We were 2 couples one adult vacationing together. Also liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was recently beautifully remodeled - very modern and spacious. It was stocked with everything we could have needed, even multiple types of coffee pots. (Last condo I rented only had a coffee pot & all we brought were Keurig pods.) Loved the huge balcony. The only slight disappointment was that the pool was not heated, and it was super cold, but that is not in the control of the condo owner. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental. It was clean and spacious, well-appointed with comfortable furniture and a fantastic view from the oversized terrace.

Beach Colony was beautiful and we will definitely be back! It was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that is family friendly. The condo was clean, the views were stunning, basic starter supplies provided, and easiest check-in/check-out experience we have had. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

The location was great and the condo was large and spacious. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view of the gulf. Parking and the elevators were an issue. The only parking available to us was on the total opposite end of all of the complexes - which was very inconvenient in the rain. The elevators require a code which seemed problematic for us and every other guest we spoke with during our stay. I appreciate the safety the codes offer to guests, but they did not always work.
