Lovely little den. Had the essentials and was perfect for a 2 night stay as we were out most of the day. Location was perfect for going to the Elan Valley. Hot tub was great and the sheep came to visit us a couple of times while we were in it. Could park motorbike right by the den. It is small which we knew before booking but everything was fitted very cleverly in.
Trying to get a taxi was impossible. Not the fault of the place but bear in mind if you're thinking of having an evening in Rhayader - you'll need to drive yourselves

It was clean and cosy
No privacy around the hot tub and the bed was so noisy every time you moved

Red kites flying in the evening and the sheep were fun 🤩
Hard not to dislike… but there could be a sharp knife for cutting veg…

Peaceful location, excellent site layout of the lodges & camping pitches, plenty of private space. Stunning valley, lots of beautiful scenery.
Cabin was clean but not fresh clean, cobwebs in the curtains and bed headboard. Enough dust to write my name in the headboard. Patio doors/windows needed a good clean inside and out. We actually cleaned one of the patio doors/windows ourselves so we could enjoy the beautiful views.
