We had an excellent stay. The place was super clean and had pots, pans, etx. For cooking. The bed was really comfortable. There was an issue with our initial cottage having a brokent AC, but before we'd even arrived, the management made plans to get us into another unit with no issues and with a similar location to the amenities we wanted.Overall, we had a great time and we would defin9ty stay again.

This was a beautiful unit. Very comfortable and everything worked properly! It was perfect for mine and my son’s little beach get-away!

Reviewer Comments:
Every summer I rent a vacation rental for my grandsons and I. Grandma and grandsons get away! This location and rental was were great. Two blocks from beach, convenient parking, great pool and the rental was clean, well stocked with supplies, everything worked in the rental and unlike other rentals, this unit was updated with beach decor and updated appliances. The location was behind the pool so it was very quiet and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We love these townhomes and continue to come back every year but this time was super disappointing. The floors were covered in sand…it had not been mopped and obviously wasn’t even swept. There was a mildew smell when we walked in and I finally figured out it was wet linens in the washing machine that smelt so bad. I love this place but very dissapointed in the cleanliness this go around.
