Beautiful, spacious property with a modern, comfortable design and plenty of room for large groups. Convenient location about 30 minutes from the airport, with an easy circular driveway. The smart-home technology may appeal to tech-savvy guests, though some may prefer simpler systems.There were unfortunately several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, there were hundreds of flies in the garage and lanai due to garbage left behind from previous renters. We also found a leaking toilet in the master bathroom, though the property manager sent a plumber the same day and the issue was fixed quickly.On the third day, local utility work disconnected the internet, and it took five days to restore. Since many home features relied on Wi-Fi, this affected the TVs, pool/spa controls, heating, and lighting. Traveling with kids without internet or TV for most of the trip was challenging. There was also confusion with trash pickup instructions, leaving garbage outside for days in the Florida heat.The property manager remained communicative throughout, and the issues were eventually resolved, but the trip felt more stressful than relaxing due to constant troubleshooting and coordination. Despite the issues, we would still consider renting again. 7/10.

This amazing home was better than advertised, in a great location and quick responses from the owner/property manager. The neighborhood was quiet yet convenient to stores, access to beaches and anything else you want to do. I highly recommend and will seek this home out on my next trip to Cape Coral.

This home completely exceeded our expectations. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. From the moment you walk in, the floor-to-ceiling views are just stunning and immediately set the tone for the entire stay.The house itself is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a bathroom for every bedroom made everything feel even more convenient and private. It really had everything we needed and more.The outdoor space was just as impressive. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and relaxing, and we loved being able to watch TV right from the pool. One of our favorite parts was spending time on the dock fishing and taking in the peaceful canal views.We genuinely did not want to leave. It’s one of those places that feels special the second you arrive. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning, relaxing getaway.

Was perfect spot for those that like to hang by the pool, cook and relax. Close to lots of restaurants and great halfway spot to visit other cities along the Florida gulf coast.
