The property comfortably accommodated all 9 of us with an extra pull out in case we needed it. The house and suite are very well decorated and up to date appliances as well as decor. I would high recommend this property. HOC is the premier rental company for Seaside. I will continue to rent their properties because their customer service is absolutely outstanding.

It was easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our kids really enjoyed the family pool and wading pools which were just the right depth for them.

We have stayed in multiple other homes in Seaside and this one was a standout due to the spacious screened-in porch. It allowed the family to utilize the outdoor space throughout the day. The home's location was great (close to beach, town, and the playground) and its condition was good.

We did have issues with the door code (3 new codes for the week) and plumbing issues with slow drains. Had a shower handle problem with maintenance promptly repairing it. Disappointed that we were not aware we would be sharing a washer/dryer with other units. Main Refrigerator did not have all the shelves in the door and made storage difficult. Great AC units, enjoyed the kitchen layout and loved the large porch and location of the unit the most. Very convenient to everything.
