Plenty of appliances. Pets allowed. Lots of towels, soap, shampoo. Excellent views. Had to ask the host how 10 people could sleep there with 4 bedrooms. Maybe place a comment in the amenities that the sectional couch can sleep 2.

Small issue with water leak but manager was quick to respond and communicated well. Some trash in the back yard. All else was great and the views were phenomenal!

Perfect for us to attend a wedding in Hopland

The property was clean and generally lived up to the pictures, except the outdoor patio could use some touch up. However, the check-in process was quite frustrating because the host was extremely unresponsive. He didn't provide any information ahead of time, didn't respond to any of my text inquiries, and on the day of check-in, neither me nor Vrbo's customer service could reach the host on the phone. I didn't receive any communication from the host until 2 pm of the check-in date. Given the remote location and lack of alternative stay options in the area, it wasn't the best feeling to plan my group's day with such uncertainty.
