We had awesome time. Need to have grilling utensils. TV buffered in bedrooms do to wifi not strong enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and amazing balcony views of the ocean. The layout fit exactly what our families needed. The beds were comfortable. The condo could use some updates- bathrooms and countertops are dated. The carpet going up the stairs is dirty. Note there is a door off the upper bedrooms with roof access which may be concerning with kids. The floors were dirty- our socks and feet were black. Location is the best!

The property was extremely well maintained and presented as accurate. The HVAC went out on us, and Management sent someone immediately. We highly recommend this property.

Location is amazing for this place and maybe they are just riding that and forgetting to take care of the place. Upstair rooms had a lot of water damage and mold everywhere including the wall heaters and ac units so blowing mold everywhere. Messaged the property manager automated text message and emailed them as well with no response. Furniture was dated and had rips in it. Only one smart TV, half the others the cable didn’t work. Kitchen supplies are beat up and poor condition. Looks like this place has not been updated in 20-30 years. I wouldn’t be so hard if I had not paid a lot for it. It’s hard to pay over 4k for a place and it look the shape it was in. I guess they are just hoping you will get over it with how great the location is.
