We rented Coconut Beach House from Brooks & Shorey. It was filthy—sand in “pantry”, mud on bedding, dirty cookware, bath/ shower not cleaned, trash left on patio. It was in horrible disrepair. The fridge was missing shelves, and all door racks were broken. The oven door even came apart and fell off! We were moved from a sleeps 12 house to a sleeps 8 condo , but it was at least functional and clean. A refund of the $$$ paid was not offered as an option.Gulf Dunes was a lovely property and experience. The low sores are reflective of the abysmal Coconut Beach House.
