Although not in a tourist area of Funchal, the location of this villa is excellent and would be a great palce to watch the New Year fireworks.
The villa was very clean when we arrived and was well equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay.
The balcony, pool and adjacent area were in the sun for most of the day and we spent most of our time outside, even in December.
If returning to Madeira,I would definitely consider staying here again.
