The apartment comes with the following bed format -
• - Living room bed - 1 x Double Wall bed (Murphy)
Bedroom - 2 x Single beds
It also has a separate fitted kitchen; and an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin. There is a Digital TV with CD/DVD player.

Welcome to Chelston Dene Holiday Apartments. This elegant Victorian Villa, circa 1883, sits in its own spacious, beautifully tended, landscaped grounds in a quiet, peaceful area.
We welcome Singles, Couples, families with children of all ages and well behaved dogs/pets.
We are perfectly located; about 350 metres from the beach, local shops and buses while the English Riviera Leisure and Conference Centre, Torquay Harbour, the Princess Theatre and Cockington Village are just a short stroll away.
If you are travelling by train, the railway station is less than 5 minutes away.
• Each apartment at Chelston Dene is self contained, tastefully decorated and well equipped for your stay. All the rooms are checked and cleaned to the highest standard before you arrive.
BEDS -
• Apartments 1,5 & 6 have a double wall bed in the living room and two single beds in the bedroom.
Apartments 4,7,8 & 10 are studio apartments with double bed.
Apartments 2 is a large studio with a king size bed.
Apartment 9 is a one bedroom flat with double bed.
• All the beds are ready made for your arrival.
• Living areas are comfortably furnished and have 32" TV's with Freeview and DVD players.
• All kitchens are complete with fridge, microwave and full size cooker. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
• Each apartment has its own shower room with hand basin, toilet and shaver facilities.

• High speed free internet in every apartment.
• One off-road parking space per apartment
• 4:00pm check in - Earlier check in times can be arranged at no extra cost - please contact us and we will try and fit you in.
** Site and apartment access - Please note that access to all apartments is via steps or up an incline and may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Unfortunately due to uneven levels and steps, the site is not accessible for Mobility scooters or wheelchairs.

Really impressed with the accommodation and the location was great for us. Having been regular visitors to Torquay it has been stressful trying to find a new place to stay that will accommodate us with the dog. This was brilliant and worked perfectly for us, we will be back

Pre-arrival information was very good. We arrived early but had the OK to leave the car in the car park which we did. We stayed in apartment 5 which has a separate bedroom and is on the car park level (first floor officially) so no steps to contend with. Good size living area with comfortable chair and 3 seater settee. Kitchen is compact but was adequate for our needs. There is also a small balcony which is great to relax on a warm evening. Sanitiser in the entrance hallway.

The apartment was a great space for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children and a sausage dog) and was very clean. Facilities were fantastic and didnt need to ask for anything as was already peesent. Location was close enough to walk into town and beach location.
