Beautiful and clean with amazing and friendly staff. Also great tasting food and drinks.

Every single thing about our stay was fantastic. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO places and this one was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The unit was extremely clean. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Beautiful 2 bedroom villa very clean comfortable. Great beach and pools and restaurants were great differently will go back

We booked 4 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bath room at the Crystal Shores Marriott Property through VRBO 9 months in advance. A few days before we were supposed to leave, the property called and said we had 2 different reservations, one for 2 nights and one for 1 night. They said there was a missing night - the third night. Imagine my surprise! This was not resolved for days. I finally found out that 2 reservations were pieced together a few days before and we would need to change rooms half way through the stay. This was not what we booked or expected. We spent hours packing our things and moving to another room. The resort tried to make us check out at 10 am and “wait” for our new room to be ready hours later. This was unacceptable to us. The booking was deceiving as we did NOT get 4 nights in the same room. The resort itself was clean and beautiful despite the deceiving listing and stress it caused us before and during the trip.
