We arrive a lot earlier than expected was given an early check in to accommodate the early arrival. If anything negative could be said it would be the elevators.

Location was good as it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time. The only issues I do have is I didn’t have the right passes we paid for to enter the swimming pools and other amenities until it was almost time for us to leave. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The condo itself was really nice and met our expectations, but the check-in process and all that related to Blue Swell vacations was terrible. When water power was turned off unexpectedly there was no communication by the management. The only upside was that we were leaving that morning, and wouldn't have to feel the real inconvenience of it like others renting in the building.
