We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was always on point, they reached out to see if all was well and to help with additional services that were offered if needed and all questions were answered quickly in a timely manner. The property was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to prepare meals. The back outdoor space was peaceful and we could also see the fireworks on their scheduled nights. Really enjoyed the golf cart that was available to go to nearby Baytowne Wharf for eating, shopping, or just relaxing. Would definitely stay again and recommend for booking.

Beautiful property centrally located within the resort. Easy access to everything. Neighborhood pool was never crowded. Very spacious. Only issue was limited kitchen items for a house that has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate a lot of people. We love to grill every night and it was awesome to have a gas grill off the screened in patio. Would definitely stay again but would have to bring extra kitchen items, for example, no mixing bowls or glass/plastic storage containers for leftovers. Had an issue with the coffee pot but it was immediately taken care of by my vacation haven.

Lovely hike very spacious and close to several resort ammentities. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Pros: - Comfortable space for what we needed. - Bedrooms are all good sized. - Golf cart was fun and useful. - The side yard was large enough that my teen boys were able to toss around a football and play catch with a baseball. Cons: - The description of the property seems to be deliberately misleading. It’s much smaller than it appears in the pictures. There were only 4 of us and we were comfortable. I don’t know how you’d fit 10 people in it. - The “waterfront” view is actually a small stream running between the duplexes and various golf greens. - It appears impressively clean until you find the cockroaches (or they find you). Showers, bathrooms, cupboards, dishwasher, I even caught one crawling on my bed. A few neutral notes: - There are no beach towels provided. - The pool was very busy and there weren’t many tables or enough chairs for everyone - It’s a very loud house. You can hear everything from everywhere. It all echoes. - The guest bedroom on the main floor has a 3/4 bath, not a full bath as stated. - Could use some extra blankets and new pans.
