Perfect, ideal location with access to great local restaurants, a short drive to the beach and Ft Lauderdale. Loved the pool, games and Tiki theme!

The living area and bedrooms were comfortable and in good condition. The pool was a good size and heated, with a nice sitting area. The games in the breezeway were a hit. I took one star off because both bathrooms are in disrepair, with leaks and broken/missing caulk.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the entire family and lots of outdoor space to enjoy! Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located close to Dania Beach, Hollywood Beach, Miami & Fort Lauderdale. We needed to extend our stay by a couple extra days and hosts were very accommodating.
