Need some work on outside of room from the door to the carpeting in hallway. Condo great but public areas are slums!

Excellent - area was great, restaurants very great, coffee shop, cleanliness, the pool, the beach. Could not have asked for a better vacation!

Located in a great area....right off the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Nice unit although the floor needed a good cleaning because it was sandy and the twin beds in the second bedroom left a lot to be desired. Great kitchen and bathroom as well as main bedroom. Overall pretty good.

The location is fantastic and very walkable to beach and fun. The entrance to the unit really needs a freshen up, carpet , door peeling, paint …. The unit has a comfy king room, twins are single layer mattress roll- away beds and other sleeping area is a couch bed. Unit could use a good deep clean! Bring your own beach towel.
