The property has three bedrooms; a ground floor double, a ground-floor twin and a twin with en-suite bathroom, sleeping six guests. There is a ground-floor shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with wood-burning stove. Outside is ample off-road parking for up to four cars, plus access to the garden with lawn and seating area, along with surrounding woodland, where you will find additional seating around a fire pit and a treehouse. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs welcome-please keep them off beds and soft furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no party bookings.The Cart Shed is a great base for a get together with loved ones in the Oxfordshire countryside. EV charging available at additional cost.
