Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sweet Carolina is even more beautiful than the pictures, but otherwise, the description was exactly what we found. This house is located in a quiet part of the island and we loved being so close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for family dinners. We enjoyed lounging on the many porches - and especially stargazing from the rooftop. The pool filter had some issues at first but the property management company was easy to communicate with and they got the problem fixed promptly. We would love to stay here again but our growing family is going to need more space next year!

What a tremendous property for a family vacation. Close location to the beach makes for easy transitions with young kids. There is tons of covered outdoor living space. The rooftop views allowed for great places to sip a cup of coffee during sunrise and for some wine down time at sunset. Management team friendly upon arrival and easy to communicate with. Overall 5/5 beach vacation!

House was perfect for family vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has a great reverse layout with a bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. The pool was convenient but on the smaller size. Elevator was helpful for older guests and bringing up luggage and groceries. The A/C was out for ~24 hours but the staff was helpful and attentive. Not a long walk to the beach and there was a wagon available for use that was helpful to carry coolers and chairs. The house overall had wear & tear that was not depicted in the pictures - very worn kitchen cabinets full of a lot of vases & unnecessary things & some drawers were hard to open, the cooktop exhaust fan was missing completely, two dining chairs broke because of wobbly legs & the couches were in need of a deep clean. One garage door did not work but could be lifted manually. The bunk bed had been reinforced but was still questionable, and one of the full beds was extremely loud with every movement & the lower king bedroom had basic ikea bed frame & daybed. We appreciated the number of towels and starting supplies available at the house. Overall a good week, but we wouldn’t stay at this property again.
