Everything went well and the property was amazing.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay. Our host Alex was always there when needed. The house was just what we wanted.

The house was as described on the VRBO Web photos. There were some very nice and comfortable patio furnitures on both roof terrace. The palm trees and the landscaping ensured total privacy around the pool and the entire property including the first level roof terrace. The second floor roof terrace provided a very nice view of the oceans.

Beautiful house, pool, privacy, all amenities, appliances, tv/connectivity, very well furnished, comfortable. We loved staying here. Alex was very responsive and helpful, although the car rental he referred us to was not great (we got a “good deal” i.e. economical car, but had issues that were not fixed). Our only issue was with beach access, which for us was a big factor in our selection hence have to drop them to 4 stars, but 5 star other than this. There was a small beach a short walk away and access to this was in the property description. But apparently community rules changed and access to this beach is only now for owners, not guests. Alex did suggest another beach 15 minutes walk away which we were able to access (as well as Sosúa and Alicia beaches), although waves often too high to swim anyway. Excellent gym facility at reasonable price short walk away. Great place if beach access for swimming is not important
