This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex, offers great views, a private deck, as well a great yard to relax in. Easy access to all Crested Butte has to offer, balanced with all the comforts of home.
This three story home has a one car garage, with parking for one additional vehicles. A private entrance walks through a foyer, and up a flight of stairs to a warm living . The fully stocked kitchen looks onto a dining area with a dining table, the outdoor deck, as well as the living area. This floor also contains a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom equipped with a washer dryer. Another flight of stairs leads to two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a double, as well as another full bathroom.

We loved staying here and would highly recommend! Everything was fully stocked and functional and there is a great view from the deck. You can walk to the market and downtown… perfect spot to enjoy everything Crested Butte has to offer.

The location is convenient and the home is comfortable and well stocked. The view is lovely. FYI the listing should be updated to say the third bedroom is a bunk twin over double. We were comfortable with six people and had a great time in our first visit to CB and hope to return!
