This is a beautiful, new property that offers lots of upgrades that make this an amazing vacation get-away. The master suite is very large and is located on the upper level with a nice balcony. The other two bedrooms are on the main level and share a nice sized bathroom with an outdoor shower. The living area and kitchen are large and well- appointed with everything you need. The dining table is outside on the patio overlooking the small pool. The outdoor space is lovely with lots of tropical plants and the surrounding jungle view. While one new house is being built to one side of this property, it is very private. This house is located in a new development which has very large lots. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Samara. The property managers are great and very responsive to requests! We would love to come back to this property in the future!

We stayed at Casa Molleo from Jan 3-Feb 2, 2023 - five adults (my wife, mother in law, both of my parents, and myself). The home is absolutely gorgeous, clean and modern in and out (but still charming and fitting for its environment). Spacious rooms and a nice home-y feel. Perfect for a family, or group our size. Everybody had their own space, but the home is laid out in a way that makes spending time together very easy and natural, as it all kind of comes to a huge common area, and a nice big outdoor porch. It is well equipped, and had all the basic kitchen and laundry essentials needed for a longterm stay, much better equipped over some other places we've stayed at similar budget levels. The wi-fi is strong and we had no issue working remotely for the most part. The power can sometimes drop, usually just for a moment, but whenever it does, you lose internet. Thankfully it never happened while we were presenting to a client. We saw monkeys, iguanas, birds and all kinds of critters right in our back yard every day. Like living in a zoo. It is located only 7 minute drive from town, however you will want a 4x4 (as you'll want to have for the rest of your explorations in CR, anyway). One note is that you will rely on your vehicle to go anywhere. It is tucked away, which is what we liked about it, but worth noting that you can't just walk into town. Communication with Claire, Tess and Fabrisio was always quick, helpful, and super friendly. You'll love your stay!

Property managers were responsive and helpful. Wildlife everywhere… monkeys, birds and iguanas. A very authentic experience and beautiful property. Plunge pool was the best at the end of a hot day.
