Great place for large family or groups. We had a group of 16 and everyone had plenty of space. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were. The house was clean, lots of pans, dishes, and necessary utensils. A few things needed maintenance and were sent to owner. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. A fun filled week with my family.

Great for a large family vacation ! Enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy time together

Thank you so much! This property was perfect. So much room, very clean and close to everything. We had an amazing and memorable Christmas vacation.

The host of this rental was amazing. Responded to issues as needed 24/7 which was much appreciated. Our issues with the rental are around upkeep and maintenance. Day 1, Garage door was broken (they fixed it after a phone call), hot tub unusable (falling through deck) (took a few days but was fixed), stove would not light and oven would not work (stove works lit manually, oven never worked but counter replacement was given). First view walking in was two what appeared to be yellow chairs in kitchen that are now almost black from usage. Carpets coming up in front room. Cream carpets needing desperate cleaning leading to basement and downstairs. Most deck chairs are very, very aged and grill was scary to use (falling apart). There was no cabinets you could store food in. With a crew of 15 we had a lot of food needing to be put somewhere. My recommendations to the owner: You have a nice large sized home that needs some TLC. Buy a cabinet for food storage, replace the grill and deck chairs, replace the broken stove and oven and clean your carpets frequently. That would be a good start in making the home inviting for out of state renters that pay a lot to have a nice stress free vacation.
