Hotel & Hostal Boutique Casa Garza

the breakfast is super nice. all the staffs were really friendly and helpful. the AC controller is in the room from around 9M until around 9AM. but the room is not hot in the daytime so it was okay. the bed was nice and clean. Also, after checkout, i returned to Merida after a week, and the staff allowed to store my bag for a few hours. (this is just exceptional case of free storage, the staff said you can store your baggage with like 3 or 5 USD, so if you returned to Merida and need the storage room for bag until the bus time, go to this hostel.)

the toilet was hot....and the shower booth and toilet was too close so it wasn't very sanitary. the pool was too small and nobody swam there.

It is really a BOUTIQUE hotel! Decoration, gardens, everything is in perfect conditions

The location is excellent, just a few steps from the main square. The breakfast is very good, varied, and different every day. The hostel itself is beautiful, and the bathrooms are perfectly fine, especially compared to other hostels I’ve stayed in. I also appreciated having shampoo and shower gel available in the showers. The Wi-Fi works very well too. Overall, a great place to stay!

I only have a few things to mention. The showers could have been a little cleaner. Also, the water in both swimming pools was somewhat cloudy and didn’t look very clean, which didn’t really make me want to use them.

Nice breakfast & plentiful. Enjoy all the different spaces & the openness. Aircon was perfect!

Wish it had been a bit closer to the main plaza, but it’s not a huge factor.
