We stayed here for Fourth of July weekend and it was the perfect location. You could see the fireworks from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again. The only con was the pullout sofa. My seven-year-old grandson would not even sleep on it. So if you are planning to use the pullout sofa to sleep on, I do not recommend. But to use it as a couch it was very comfortable. Also, if you are a fan sleeper, make sure you bring your own. There are no fans in the rooms.

I was disappointed that the king size bed was not in the ocean view bedroom.

Check in/check out we’re easy. Host emailed prior to stay to make sure we were satisfied with cleaning which was nice. Only inconvenience was having to wash/dry your own towels. The security guard was friendly and checked on us everything we came to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location was close to everything and was close to the beach. We brought little kids and it was perfect if we needed to run up to the room to get a snack or something we needed. We will be back!

We did not end up staying at this condo. I will say it was surface clean but needed a good deep clean. Corners and behind night stand were quite dirty. They had a water leak during construction the month before and apparently it was not taken care of completely. The ceiling in the bathroon was peeling a bit and there was black mold in a couple places. That being said, once we noticed the mold the host was very responsive and helpful. They were willing to send in maintenance and the cleaning crew to take care of it but we did not want that hassle on our vacation. They did give us a complete refund. The location seemed great, and I would not be afraid to book with them again.
