The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of the city, the most beautiful and charming area, where the airs of old Madrid can still be breathed in its streets, houses and some of its old shops. Just a few metres' walk from Plaza Mayor, one of Madrid's most important monumental areas, full of terraces where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas in the sun and observe all the different types of passers-by from all nationalities.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 people. Perfect for a pleasant and economical stay. The bedrooms have been equipped, one with a standard double bed and another with 2 single beds. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that converts into a double bed.
All the details of each room have been carefully chosen so that the occupants of this apartment feel at home. The apartment has a north-west orientation which makes it very cool and with the fans it has, it is more than sufficient. Equipped with internet, and all necessary amenities. Undoubtedly a great choice. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking within about 150 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard

Customer service help was great, answered all my questions, was very prompt about getting back to me. Unit was good, the second bedroom was tiny, meaning that you could put the 2 twin beds together an still not have enough space to get around in the room. This should be noted in the description. Single arm chair in living room needs to be replaced - there is no cushion on the seat. The right side bedside table was taped together, broken obviously - so you really couldn't use it to put stuff on or it would fall over and break. The picture is not right, your really cannot sit on the balcony, so don't plan on that.The kitchen was fine, just the bare minimum essentials.Bedsides all this, the location was the PERFECT! We walked everywhere!

Excelente ubicación. Contras: Nos dieron un solo juego de llaves. El wc no evacúa bien. Es necesario vaciar varias veces la cisterna. Hay que cambiar el teléfono de la ducha, y una cortina de ducha se ve sucia. Falta menaje de cocina (vasos, etc.). Mobiliario mediocre (con un sofá raído). Uno de los dormitorios no tiene ventilación. En general, bien, pero con unas cuantas mejoras el conjunto ganaría mucho.
