The property is well located, only a 10 minute walk to St.Lucia station. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning was a welcome addition. The host was helpful and responsive.
The apartment isn’t ideal for tall guests. The entryway, staircase, bathroom door, and lofted sleeping area are all very low, with several spots where you can easily bump your head. It’s understandable given Venice’s older architecture, but something to keep in mind — you’ll need to crouch often and stay alert if you’re tall.

Good location, adequate kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Hard-to-access bed on a home-made mezzanine. Not suitable for elderly guests
