The kitchen is incorporated into the living room to make the most of the space and a high bar is used as a dining area with design stools. The living room with a comfortable double sofa bed is equally bright and has a balcony with insulating windows to avoid noise and preserve the temperature.



The room is of a good size, also with a nice balcony and good and large built-in wardrobes. The apartment has internet, Smart TV, and all the equipment that might be needed. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
