Good location, apartment was clean and kitchen was well equiped.
We thought we were booking the entire apartment but found out on arrival it was room only shared apartment, partly my fault but I also felt this wasn't very clear.
There were a lot of rules in the apartment and the owner came in every day to check on the place and clean which we found quite intrusive and therefore did not feel relaxed or comfortable here.
If room only is what you're looking for with use of kitchen, etc. then this might be suited to you, however, for our needs this was not a good match.
